Dr. Mahboob Alam given additional charge of DG ITBP

Dr. Mahboob Alam, presently Additional DG of Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), has been given the additional charge of the post of DG.

Dr. Mahboob Alam, IPS (TN: 81), presently Additional DG, Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) will look after the duties of Director General, ITBP with immediate effect and till an officer to the post of Director General, ITBP is appointed on regular basis, or until further orders, said a Home Ministry release.
