Fabulous sum on offer for Scrabulous
New Delhi: Word-gaming fanatics Rajat and Jayant Agarwalla were miffed when a website where they used to play began charging users in 2004.
They just went on to create their own game, calling it Bingo Binge. It was a software version of the popular board game Scrabble, where players match wits by using alphabets to form words that are part of a standard dictionary.
A year later, in 2006, they renamed the application Scrabulous, hosting it on their website.
