The First Family of India
Gandhi may've been the Father of the Nation, but the Gandhis that have ruled the country are from another lineage.
Starting off with Jawaharlal Nehru, the family spawned politicians - former Prime Ministers Indira and Rajiv Gandhi, Indira's son and adviser Sanjay.
Sanjay's and Rajiv's wives and sons took to politics too, but continue to fight on opposite sides of the battlefield - Sonia and Rahul for the Congress, and Maneka and Varun for the BJP.
With a couple of Gandhis in the ruling coalition at any given time, we might as well have retained the 'Raj' moniker.
