And the woman who strolled over with me was clearly one of the hosts of some other stall who just happened to pass by. And she got asked "Do you want buy a jet?" by a smiling male host while I was thoroughly ignored.

Still, service was essentially reserved for the men in uniform. And if you were of the Indian Air Force blue variety with some bars on your shoulder, you were the toast of the town.
