More and more misled youth from militant outfits are laying down arms and surrendering to security forces as they want to return to the mainstream of society and lead a normal life.

Recently, four United Liberation Front of Asom (ULFA) cadres surrendered in Tinsukia.

They laid down arms before the security forces at Tinsukia district.

They have realized now that mindless violence only harms their own people and destroys their lives. (ANI)
