Heavy rains in capital bring traffic, waterlogging woes

Heavy rains lashed the capital on Tuesday bringing along massive traffic snarls and complaints of waterlogging from across the city, exposing chinks in civic bodies' preparedness to tackle monsoon.

It rained torrents in the city for about two hours from 12:30 PM with the rain guages measuring a whopping 58.2 mm.
