New Delhi: The Delhi Police might perform brain mapping test of arrested former Haryana minister Gopal Goyal Kanda in an attempt to gain more information on the suicide of former air hostess Geetika Sharma, media reports said on Monday.
Delhi Police have begun quizzing Kanda, who is the prime accused in Geetika's suicide.
Media reports said Sunday police are trying to retrieve the data from the defunct MDLR airline and ascertain if Kanda had forced Geetika to come back from a job with Emirates and rejoin his companies.
It is alleged that when Geetika left Kanda's company and joined Emirates, he followed her to Dubai and got her back by devious means.
The family of Geetika has alleged that Kanda was harassing her.
A Delhi court on Saturday remanded Kanda to seven-day police custody.
The Delhi Police was given the custody of Kanda by the Rohini court.
Kanda surrendered before police in the wee hours of Saturday after high drama and after remaining missing for days. He was immediately arrested.
