Let your family shine!

If I tell you this column is about leadership skills, chances are that many of you may quickly want to skip it. After all, leadership skills are for CEOs, heads of organisations or presidents. Why is it important in the context of the family, you may wonder? OK, this is my take: leadership skills are about connecting with people, attuning to them and inspiring them to achieve their best in any context while working with a team, with colleagues, friends and even the family. It is about becoming a change catalyst. And each one of us can do that.
