Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh chief minister Mayawati is all set to hold a mega rally in Lucknow on Monday to mark 25 years of the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP).
The rally is being held on the party founder, Kanshi Ram's birth anniversary.

The Opposition claims that over Rs 200 crore is being spent on the programme. More than 20 lakh people are expected to attend the rally.
According to reports, at least 10,000 police personnel will be on duty during the rally to check untoward incidents.
Two special trains would also run to ferry BSP workers to and from the state capital.

A total of 17 temporary hospitals with 200 doctors and 500 paramedics will be on standby to attend to medical emergencies, if any, during the mega rally, reports added.
