Ministers go minimal
Austerity seems to have become the buzzword ever since Congress president Sonia Gandhi wanted the party ministers to be thrifty, taking into account the ongoing drought condition in the country.
The austerity drive of the government was `inaugurated` by External Affairs Minister S M Krishna and Minister of State for External Affairs Shashi Tharoor by checking out of their rooms in five-star hotels in the capital.
Just ignore the fact that they moved out only after their colleague and Finance Minister advised them to do so.
