Top honours went to Chhattisgarh CM Raman Singh, who was voted the Most Popular CM. Technology, it is said, is a regular feature in Raman`s plans. Earlier in January, during the Pravasai Bharatiya Divas in Mumbai, the Chhattisgarh CM wooed the NRIs and showcased the state as the new investment destination in India.
