Partial solar eclipse
People in parts of north India viewed a partial eclipse Tuesday as the Moon crossed the Sun's path. The partial eclipse was visible in Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasrthan and Delhi.
In Delhi, the partial phase of the eclipse began in Delhi at 3.11 pm and ended at 3.52 pm. However, cloudy skies prevented many people from having a clear view of the celestial spectacle.
