The Cassini spacecraft has sent spectacular pictures of Saturn enveloped by the full splendour of its rings. Saturn`s rings are seen during a ring plane crossing by the Cassini spacecraft. The moon Enceladus is the white dot above the sunlit rings. The image was made by the Cassini spacecraft`s wide-angle camera on January 17, 2007 at a distance of approximately 900,000 km from Saturn.
