At least six security personnel and 12 militants were killed when terrorists attacked an Army camp at Serai Naurang town in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province on Saturday, reports said.
As many as 10 civilians were reportedly killed and eight security personnel were injured in the attack.
"A large group of militants attacked an army camp in northwestern Pakistan before dawn with automatic weapons and rocket-propelled grenades, killing six security personnel," Dawn News reported.
Around 40 militants reportedly attacked the camp at around 3:45 a.m.
"Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) spokesman Ahsanullah Ahsan claimed responsibility for the attack," Dawn News reported.
At least 22 people were killed when a suicide bomber blew himself up outside a mosque at Hangu town in Pakistan´s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province on Friday.
