Shootout in Srinagar, two injured

Srinagar: At least two persons have been injured in a shootout in Srinagar's Lal Chowk on Tuesday, TV reports said.

Among the injured are one civilian and one CRPF personnel. According to CNN IBN, one CRPF personnel has succumbed to his injuries.

Latest reports said firing is still on.

Several gunshots were reportedly heard to be fired in Kokar Bazar area of Lal Chowk.

Security personnel have cordoned off the area.
