Sunny morning in capital

New Delhi, Dec 10 (IANS) It was a sunny morning in the capital Monday with the minimum temperature recorded one notch above average at 9.4 degrees Celsius.

The met department has forecast a clear day ahead.

"The day will be clear and sunny, and maximum temperature will be around 27 degrees Celsius," an official of India Meteorological Department said.

Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 88 percent.

Sunday's maximum temperature was recorded four notches above average at 26.8 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature settled at 9 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of year.
