Taxi driver abducted, thrashed

New Delhi, Jan 10 (IANS) A taxi driver was abducted by a group led by two women and beaten up , police said Thursday, adding it seemed a case of property dispute.

Satinder Singh, 22, of Arjun Camp in Vasant Kunj in south Delhi was dragged out of his house by the group Jan 5 and put in a car. The abductors then thrashed him and dumped him on the roadside.

Police sources said the victim lived in a house owned by one of the accused. No arrests have been made.
