Jakarta: Two powerful explosions hit the JW Marriott and Ritz Carlton hotels in the Indonesian capital on Friday morning, killing at least six people and injuring dozens of others, police and media reports said. Jakarta police spokesman Chrysnanda said nine people were confirmed dead in the apparent attack, but media reports put the death toll at eight, including four foreigners.
