Pakistan`s Foreign Secretary Riaz Khokhar waves to media representatives as he arrives at Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi on Sunday. Khokhar is in the capital for a series of talks with his Indian counterparts which come for the first time in three years and are expected to focus on plans for a bus service linking Kashmir and to set up consulates in Mumbai and Karachi.
