The Tees Hazari court in New Delhi on Thursday remanded arrested key plotter of 2008 Mumbai attacks Abu Jundal to judicial custody till Oct 8.
Jundal was produced before the court in a case connected to conspiring to carry out terror attacks in India.
Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Vidya Parkash asked the Tihar Jail authorities to present Jundal before two separate courts on Oct 8 ad Oct 12.
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) told the court that Jundal was needed to be present in a special NIA court on Oct 8.
The CMM court last month issued fresh warrant for him for Oct 12.
The Maharashtra Police brought Jundal to the court on Thursday and said he was no more required for investigations in their state.
Sayeed Zabiuddin Ansari, also known as Abu Hamza and Abu Jundal, who has confessed to be among the six men tasked with guiding the ten Pakistani terrorists during the three-day-attack on Mumbai, was arrested at Delhi airport on June 21 on his arrival from Saudi Arabia.
