Australia 335/3 at stumps on day one

Adelaide, Jan 24 (IBNS) Centuries from skipper Michael Clarke and Ricky Ponting took Australia to a mammoth 335 for three in the first innings at stumps on the first day of the fourth and the final cricket Test against India at the Adelaide Oval here Tuesday.

Ponting was batting on 137 and Clarke on 140. Indian spinner Ravichandran Ashwin picked up two for 81 while Zaheer Khan bagged one for 52.
