Azad not visiting Chennai for talks with DMK

New Delhi:  Union Minister and CongressGeneral Secretary Ghulam Nabi Azad made it clear today that hewas not going to Chennai to talk to DMK about itsparticipation in the UPA Cabinet.

Refuting persistent reports in the media that he wouldbe travelling to Chennai for discussions with the DMKleadership, Azad said there was no truth whatsoever in suchreports.

"No such visit by me to Tamil Nadu was scheduled nor doI plan to go there," he said here before leaving for Orissa.
