Cameron Bairstow had 16 points with seven rebounds and reserve Jamal Fenton hit a trio of key 3-pointers in the second half to lead No. 19 New Mexico to a 60-50 win over Boise State on Saturday night.

Tony Snell added 12 points with six rebounds and four assists for the Lobos (22-4, 9-2 Mountain West).

Derrick Marks was the only player to score in double figures for the Broncos (16-8, 4-6). Marks had 19 points and seven rebounds, and reserve Kenny Buckner grabbed 11 rebounds for Boise State.

After holding a 29-23 lead at halftime, the Lobos extended it to 38-29 after Tony Snell hit two free throws with 13 minutes remaining. Over the next eight minutes, Fenton provided New Mexico's only points with all three of his 3s. They were his first 3-pointers in four games. Fenton, who finished with 11 points, had missed 10 straight attempts coming into the game.

Boise State pulled to 47-46 with 5 minutes left following Marks' short jumper from the paint.

The Broncos, however, failed to score on their next 11 possessions, including missing three foul shots, and New Mexico pulled away, converting 6 of 7 from the line during that stretch.

Over the final 5 minutes, the Lobos went 11 of 13 at the line to finish 19 of 25 overall. Boise State was 5 of 10 from the line.
