New Delhi, Sept 26 (IBNS) Dentist Nupur Talwar, who was released from a Ghaziabad jail on bail on Tuesday in the Aarushi-Hemraj double murder case, said she has been going through extremely difficult times.

"Being in jail itself is an extremely difficult part. A jail is after all a ´jail´ and the lack of freedom and the lack of being able to be with your loved ones and family is really really tough," Nupur told CNN-IBN.

Nupur said she is writing the book on the difficulties she and her husband dentist Rajesh Talwar are facing in the case.

"I had started writing it. The book is about what we have gone through, how difficult our life has become and about the case. It´s about what society has done to us," she told the news channel.

Asked why she was evading court appearances despite being summoned, Nupur said: "I will not talk about any of the court issues now."

Nupur, who is a key accused in the Aarushi-Hemraj double murder case, was released from Ghaziabad´s Dasna jail on Tuesday evening.

A Ghaziabad court earlier in the day issued order to release Nupur from the jail on bail.

The court set conditions for Nupur´s release on bail and directed her to furnish two securities of Rs. 2 lakh each and a personal bond of Rs. 2 lakh.

"We will open a clinic in the name of Aarushi. We will also try and provide legal help those who need it. I am relieved that I am finally out the jail," Nupur told media after coming out of the jail.

The Supreme Court on Sept 17 granted her bail in connection with the case.

Nupur is a key accused in the case along with her husband Rajesh in the murder of their daughter Aarush and domestic help Hemraj.

The Supreme Court on Aug 13 had rejected the bail plea of Nupur Talwar.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) had opposed Nupur´s bail. But later she was granted bail.

Aarushi´s mother Nupur surrendered before the Ghaziabad court on Apr 30. She was in jail since then.

Teenager Aarushi Talwar was found dead, with her throat slit, at the Talwar residence in Noida in the morning of May 16, 2008. The body of Hemraj, Talwars´ domestic help, was found on the terrace the next day.

The case has since spiralled into one of the country´s biggest unsolved cases, with a prolonged investigation marked by admissions of lack of evidence and dramatic twists.

Nupur and Rajesh maintained that they are innocent, and are being framed by the CBI since the agency has not been able to track down the real killers.
