Big B feels 'All Izzz Well'

Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan on Wednesday said his health is much better now.

Big B posted on his micro-blogging site: "A day that brings you to the brink of wellness and pushes you back into the well of uneasy health... the body shall dictate always! Cure can be distasteful till it begins to work .. till that happens, your faith in it diminishes by the minute ..then suddenly AIW !AIW : All Izzz Well .. !!"

Bachchan on Saturday successfully underwent a surgery at Seven Hills Hospital in Mumbai.

However, he suffered from acute pain after surgery and that delayed his release from the hospital.

" NOT SUCH AN EXCITING DAY ! Acute pain throughout, but bearing up ..still in hospital and delay now in release," he had tweeted on Feb 13.

He had also updated about his health conditions on his blog.

"The morning has been nightmarish. There has been incredible pain in the region of the surgery, and the spasms so acute that they brought me to the level of a scream ... which is saying a lot, for, my resistance to pain has been quite satisfactory in the past," Big B wrote on his blog.

"But the doctors were immediately summoned and after change in the dressings and pain killers, there seems to be now some semblance of relief. Not entirely, but entire enough," he remarked.

Meanwhile, Big B spent some moments with her grand-daughter on Monday as daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and her three-month -old daughter visited the hospital, NDTV reported.

Still popularly known as ´Beti B´, this was the first public appearance of youngest Bachchan since her birth on Nov 16.
