Patna, Jan 1 (IANS) Clear skies and bright sunshine greeted people in Bihar on the first day of the new year Tuesday.
"There has been a respite from cold wave conditions in Bihar for the last four days. Sunny weather may continue for the next two days," said A.K. Sen, director of the Indian Meteorological Department at Patna.
