Cardiff ODI: England beat India

Cardiff, Sept 17 (IBNS) England beat India by six wickets (the Duckworth-Lewis method) to win the fifth ODI at Sophia Gardens here Friday and clinch the series 3-0.

India thus failed to win a single match in the England tour.

England were 241 for four in 32.2 overs chasing a revised target owing to rain though India had posted a challenging 304 for six in 50 overs, their highest ever in the series against England.

Rahul Dravid, for whom the match was the last ODI of his career, scored 69 runs while Virat Kohli top scored with 107.
