French President Nicolas Sarkozy's wife Carla Bruni has said that Britain Prime Minister David Cameron's wife Samantha has a 'maverick' sense of fashion.
The former model-cum-singer posted the questionable comments on her website.
The piece, entitled 'Cameron (Samantha)', includes a photograph and also has details about the British first lady's style.
Bruni described Samantha being 'aristocratic but bohemian'.
She commented on her dress sense and even mentioned some bad habits of her husband David Cameron.
Bruni said that Samantha Cameron has "a maverick style for a woman who, when questioned about her husband, does not hesitate to speak not only of his good qualities but also the minor failings of everyday life," reports the Daily Express.
The French First Lady also wrote that Samantha has a habit of not picking up clothes or cleaning up the kitchen after cooking.
"The companion of the new UK head of Government is a kind of fashion icon: until now artistic director of luxury paper company Smythson, Samantha Cameron combines stylishness with a feel for her time," said Bruni on her site.
She also wrote about how the British PM's wife "retained from her youth a dolphin tattoo".
The two couples met in London earlier in June to commemorate General Charles de Gaulle's 1940 BBC radio broadcast to Nazi-occupied France. (ANI)
