
Pot Sizzling Cauliflower, Pan Grilled Noodles in Sizzling Pot, Butter Garlic Pot Rice and many more mouth-watering dishes will cajole the foodies of Kolkata in the restaurant at City Centre I in Salt Lake.
The festival offers a varied range of dishes borrowed from ancient Chinese cuisine.
Amitava Ghosh, Business Manager, Haka, explained that the specialty of their offing lies in the fact that all of the dishes are cooked in stone pots.
He said, "The ingredients are first marinated and then heated to a high range after keeping them in stone pots."
According to him, the result of using such a method is that while the nutrient values and the natural aromas are preserved, novel and stimulating flavours are created.
Some of the delicacies to be served in the festival are Pot Sizzling Cauliflower, Pan Grilled Noodles in Sizzling Pot, Butter Garlic Pot Rice, Four Treasure Vegan in Hunan style, Chengdu Chilli Chicken, Fish in Ginger Celery Sauce, Sichuan Chilli Prawn and several others.
