Congress Party will hold its brainstorming session called 'Chintan Shivir' in January during which the participants are expected to chalk out the strategy for the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, besides discussing the political and economic situation in the country.
Congress General Secretary Janardhan Dwivedi, who briefed mediapersons about his party's upcoming brainstorming session, said the camp would review economic and political situation and discuss schemes for urban and rural areas.
"We had been thinking to hold 'Chintan Shivir' for many days, but we were putting it on hold due to serious regular political activities. But now we have decided that we will host 'Chintan Shivir' in January. 18th, 19th and 20th of January have been decided as dates for 'Chintan Shivir'. We will host the 'Chintan Shivir' on 18th and 19th of January and then there will be a meeting on the 20th," said Dwivedi.
"In 'Chintan Shivir', we will discuss all the current economical and social problems and on 20th of January, we will take decisions of all the conclusions of 'Chintan Shivir'," he added. (ANI)
