New Delhi, Apr 29 (IBNS) The international crude oil price of Indian Basket as computed/published on Monday by Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell (PPAC) under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas went up to US$101.51/barrel (bbl) on Apr 26.
The price prevailing on the previous trading day of Apr 25 was US$ 100.64/bbl.
The crude oil price in rupee terms also went up to Rs 5510.98 on Apr 26 as compared to Rs 5451.67/bbl on Apr 25.
This was due to price increase in dollar terms and rupee depreciation.
Rupee dollar exchange rate on Apr 26 was Rs 54.29/US$ against Rs 54.17/US$ on previous trading day of Apr 25.
