Delhi Court takes cognizance of charge sheet against Headley

New Delhi: A Delhi court on Saturday took cognizance of the charge sheet filed by the National Investigative Agency (NIA) against Pakistani American David Coleman Headley and eight others for planning terror attacks in India. The formal charges were filed by the NIA Dec 24, 2011.
