Rinu Shrinivasan, who was arrested for 'liking' a Facebook post by her friend Shaheen Dhada on late Shiv Sena supremo Bal Thackeray, is back on the social networking site, said reports.

"I am too tired but determined to fight. I am back on the Facebook and I have posted my latest photo clicked in Delhi on Saturday. All these days I introspected whether I did anything wrong by clicking the 'like' button and realised that I don't regret what I did," the 21-year-old reportedly wrote after logging in.

The post that sparked the controversy said instead of shutting down Mumbai for Thackeray's death, "We should remember Bhagat Singh and Sukhdev - two martyrs of India's independence."

Both the girls were arrested after a Shiv Sena activist lodged a complaint against them. Shiv Sena workers vandalised an orthopaedic hospital of Dhada's uncle.

The incident caused an uproar and on Tuesday, the Maharashtra government suspended two police officers in connection to the arrests of two girls.

Maharashtra home minister RR Patil said superintendent of police (Thane rural) Ravindra Sengaonkar and senior police inspector Shrikant Pingle have been suspended in connection to the incident.

"There was no need to charge the girls under wrong sections," Patil said.

Meanwhile, the Bombay High Court has transferred magistrate RG Bagade to Jalgaon district in Maharashtra. Bagade had sent the girls to judicial custody and later granted them bail.

Shiv Sena called a bandh in Palghar on Wednesday to protest the action taken against the policemen who had arrested the two girls. Around 500 cops are keeping vigil in the area and schools and markets are closed.
