Aruna Chaddha, who is a co-accused in the ex-air hostess Geetika Sharma's suicide, on Friday withdrew her bail plea from the Delhi High Court.
The court allowed her to withdraw her bail plea and gave her the liberty to file fresh bail petition before trial court.
The plea was withdrawn by Aruna´s counsel Ramesh Gupta after Justice Manmohan declined to give an early date to hear the petition in October.
Manmohan posted the matter for hearing in November.
A Delhi court on Thursday rejected the bail application of former Haryana minister Gopal Goyal Kanda, who is a key accused in ex-air hostess Geetika Sharma suicide case.
Kanda on Wednesday moved a bail application in the court.
Kanda was arrested on Aug 18.
The court on Sept 11 remanded Kanda and his aide MDLR Airlines employee Aruna to judicial custody till Sept 25.
Geetika was found dead on Aug 5 at her Ashok Vihar residence in North-West Delhi.
The police reportedly got a suicide note from Geetika´s apartment where she blamed Kanda for breaking her ´trust´.
She had left MDLR Airlines and joined another company.
She later quit the second job to study MBA.
