New Delhi, June 14 (IBNS) The international crude oil price of Indian Basket as computed/published on Friday by Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell (PPAC) under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas went up to US$ 101.17/per barrel (bbl) on June 13.
This was higher than the price of US$ 100.84/bbl prevailing on the previous trading day of June 12.
In rupee terms also, the crude oil price increased to Rs 5909.34/bbl on June 13 as compared to Rs 5875.95/bbl on June 12.
This was due to rupee price increase in dollar terms and also because of rupee depreciation.
Rupee-dollar exchange rate on June 13 at Rs 58.41/US$ against Rs 58.27/US$ on previous trading day of June 12.
