Gurgaon teacher's kin booked for harassment

Gurgaon, March 7 (IANS) A school teacher's in-laws were booked here for trying to force her to stay with her brother-in-law in Ghaziabad, police said Thursday.

The 32-year-old private school teacher, resident of Malibu Town and mother of an eight--year-old girl, lodged a first information report in Sadar police station complaining harassment by her brother-in-law Raghubir from Ghaziabad, police said.

"Raghubir was sending her obscene messages on mobile and was making phone calls from different numbers. He was forcing her to stay with him," said Ashok Kumar, investigation officer.

Victim's father-in-law Niranjan, a resident of Ambala, was also harassing her to stay with Raghubir, she said in her complaint.

Raghubir and Niranjan have been booked under various sections of Indian Penal Code, they were yet to be arrest, the IO said.
