Chandigarh: More than 1.19 crore electors now have their photographs printed on the electoral rolls in Haryana, giving it the distinction of becoming the first state in the country to publish the entire voters' lists with photographs.
Only Union territories, including Chandigarh, have achieved the feat before Haryana.
