Bigger isn't better

Never go in for jumbo combos. If you're very hungry, get the normal portion of food, with an extra-large portion of water or iced tea. Choose water or iced tea instead of
soft drinks and juice. Soft drinks contain five times more calories than is necessary
for your system.

Drink two glasses of water 30 minutes before you head off for lunch. This will curb
your hunger and won't tempt you to order large portions of food.
