Tehran: Iranian foreign ministry on Monday condemned all kinds of terrorist attacks while denying Israel's accusation on the Islamic Republic for carrying out attacks in India and Georgia, a media report said.

Dismissing the accusation as "propaganda war", Iranian foreign ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast said Iran rejects the charges made by the Zionist regime of Israel, Xinhua reported citing Al-Alam state television report.

"Iran condemns all kinds of terrorist acts," Mehmanparast added.

An Israeli embassy car was gutted on Monday afternoon after an explosion in the heart of the Indian capital, left wife of the defence attache and three Indians injured.

The woman, who worked in the Israeli embassy but was not a diplomat, was going to the American Embassy School to fetch her children in a car.

The attack came on the same day when an attempted attack on the Israeli embassy in Georgian capital Tbilisi was foiled when an employee discovered a car fitted with an explosive device.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu later blamed Iran and Lebanese Shiite armed group Hezbollah for the two attacks.

"In the last few months, we have been witnessing to several attempts to harm Israelis and Jews in a number of countries: in Azerbaijan, in Thailand, and elsewhere... In all of the cases, the entities behind the attacks were Iran and its collaborator, Hezbollah," said Netanyahu at a meeting of the Knesset (parliament).

Meanwhile, responding to Israel prime minister's allegation, Iranian envoy to India denied the allegation.

"Any terrorist attack is condemned (by Iran) and we strongly reject the untrue comments by an Israeli official," Iran's Ambassador to India Seyed Mehdi Nabizadeh told IRNA, the Iranian news agency. "These accusations are untrue and sheer lies, like previous times."
