Cars from Japan have taken seven of the top ten places for most satisfying models from a drivers perspective, while Vauxhall and Ford languish around the bottom.
The Lexus tops the poll for the 11th year running.
The Lexus IS was the top-rated model. Lexus also topped the manufacturer satisfaction table in the survey by information services company JD Power and Associates and What Car? Magazine, reports the Daily Mail.
The Lexus IS was followed by the Honda Accord, with the Lexus RX third, the Honda CR-V fourth, the Toyota Prius fifth and the Toyota RAV4 sixth.
The Honda Jazz supermini was tenth, with three European cars - the BMW 5 Series, the Mercedes-Benz E-Class and the Volvo S40 - filling in the gap.
For manufacturers, Honda was second to Lexus with Jaguar third.ore than 16,000 UK car owners were questioned on 66 points including performance, reliability, running costs and dealer service. (ANI)
