Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif on Wednesday unveiled Gitanjalishop.com, the latest innovative step taken by Gitanjali Group, the world's largest branded jewellery manufacturer-retailer.

Pertinently, Katrina is the brand ambassador for diamond jewellery brand Nakshatra.

The portal was launched at a special event held at Kingdom of Dreams, Gurgaon where Katrina inaugurated the website with the launch of Nakshatra jewellery through Gitanjalishop.com.

The new premium portal brings all brands of the Group onto a single platform offering consumers a much wider choice of India´s leading jewellery brands at a single point.

Over 2000 designs and 25 brands spreading across diamond jewellery, fashion jewellery, gold jewellery, international watches, gold coins and spiritual artifacts will be available on Gitanjalishop.com.

The new site also goes far beyond offering wider choice and the convenience of online purchases, to significantly enhance the jewllery buying experience for consumers.

Some of its features include offering multiple images of same product, detailed description of each product, female model shots wearing jewellery, images of guarantee cards along with the products, option to pay for your product on EMI etc.
