Ranchi: The Enforcement Directorate's wait to arrest former Jharkhand Chief Minister Madhu Koda continues as his doctors said he was too weak to be discharged, while a senior Income Tax official claimed on Friday he was fast responding to the treatment.

"Doctors attending on him say he has still pain and is very weak even to stand," Public Relations Officer of the Abdur Razzak Weavers Memorial Hospital Javed Akhtar said here.
He did not say when the doctors would release him.
Contrary to the doctors claim, a senior IT official told PTI that he visited the hospital on Thursday and was told by doctors that his blood pressure was normal the former chief minister was fast responding to treatment.
The ED on Friday arrested Vikas Sinha, the brother of Koda's close aide Binod Kumar Sinha. Vikas was produced before a special ED court which has sent him to 14 days judicial remand.
Koda (38) faces charges of having amassed over Rs 2,000 crores through hawala and illegal investments.
He did not say when the doctors would release him.
