Keeping in mind the festive season, Kolkata based Chef Joymalya Banerjee (Joy) launched his ready-made 'picnic basket' on Friday.
Chef Joy said, "This concept is for shifted lifestyle. If two-four people are planning for a day out then they can order the 'picnic basket' a day before and can get ready for the picnic."
The picnic basket comprises of a choice of salad, sandwich, wrap, main course, knickknacks and desserts.
Apart from the delicacies it also contain cutleries, fruit bowl, water, coffee glasses, spoons, knives, forks, fruit juices, chocolates, hand sanitizer and even a garbage bag.
"This basket is hygienic and there is also health angle in it. We have included such foods which can be eaten anytime and is not necessary to be hot," Chef Joy said.
The baskets, priced at Rs.1399 for two, 2699 for four and 3699 for six people, can be ordered at www.chefjoysdeli.com.
