The Panthers Party of Jammu and Kashmir will move to the Supreme Court against National Conference leader and Minister for Irrigation, PHE and Flood Control, Taj Mohi-ud-Din after dissolution of the probe panel investigating the land grab charges against him.
"We will move to the Supreme Court against the decision. I am in touch with legal and constitutional experts. I have discussed the issue with Professor Bhim Singh and other top lawyers of the country," said Panthers Party legislator Syed Rafiq Shah.
"We are still deliberating the issue with others. God willing we will move the Supreme Court," he added.
He also condemned the disgraceful role played by the National Conference Government in the matter.
"The National Conference acted in most disgraceful manner to save Taj Mohi-ud-Din. Even the most immoral and corrupt government in the history wouldn't have undertaken such a step," added Shah.
Amrit Malhotra, chairman of the probe panel, prematurely dissolved the legislative committee after the members of the ruling National Conference resigned from it. (ANI)
