Police in UK have arrested three suspects in the stabbing of an Indian student from Andhra Pradesh studying in the London Business School, media reports said Sunday.
Pravin Reddy was stabbed in London on Friday with the attack leaving the 26-year-old critically wounded.
The incident took place in the London borough of Newham.
Earlier report suggested arrest of eight following the attack.
According to an NDTV report, the parents of the victim were also issued visa on Sunday so that they can travel to London.
A statement by the UK High Commission earlier said: "We are establishing the facts and working closely with MEA. We will do everyhing so that the family can go and see their son. We are taking up the matter seriously. We want to tell you that UK is a safe country."
The victim is admitted in Royal London Hospital.
