Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) chief Yasin Malik, who was seen sharing the dais with India's most wanted terrorist and 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks mastermind Hafiz Saeed in Islamabad, arrived here on Saturday evening from Pakistan.
Malik on his arrival said that he did not invite Saeed during his protest in Islamabad against the hanging of 2001 Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru.
Malik, a moderate Hurriyat leader, was on a hunger strike in Islamabad last month to protest against the execution of Afzal Guru, where Hafiz Saeed also joined him on the stage.
According to certain media reports, the government is now considering to seize Malik's passport on grounds of national security. A probe would also be conducted into Malik's visit to Pakistan and he will be questioned by the security agencies in India. (ANI)
