New Delhi, Jan 3 (IBNS) The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) has reportedly defended its decision to issue visa to Pakistani cricket personality Javed Miandad who is now a relative of underworld don Dawood Ibrahim after a wedding connected him with the most wanted of India and the prime accused of 1993 Mumbai blasts.

Miandad`s son Junaid is married to Dawood Ibrahim´s daughter Mahrukh.
