This is actually a impotent Government. Don't have any courage how to face the fact. The Govt must take away all the charges against him.

Conduct a proper trial. I don't understand, why good honest helpful persons are punished in our country ?

This always happen in our society. A man, who tries to tell the truth or try to do well, always faced difficulties. A class of people who really live for their own interest and to have a great gain from the society by any way, always trying to step down this kind people( Sen). Because they may loose there profitable business.
I think Mr. Sen is clearly vindicated by this kind of people (political establishment of Chhattisgarh).
Mr. sen should be released very soon. And should have an enquiry against the peoples who are really behind to send him jail.
--- This is very normal in this county where politicians with thousands crores scandal live peacefully in his home, and people like Sen in jail. ---and if it is bihar or chhastrisgar they should not expect anything -----

NO, Maoists should be isolated completely to control them. Some good people may have to suffer for the larger good of ensuring acts such as Gyaneshwari Express derailment do not happen. Bad company always is bad not only for children but also for grown-ups.

binayak sen has helped known moists to get ration card ,to open bank accounts, and acted as couriers for them.he did all these knowing the consequences.the P.N.himself has said that moists are the biggest threat to this country.so why should we sympathise with sen ?his social services are irrelevant when he has helped the moists who dont believe in the integrity of india and ruthlessly do away with their "class enemies" in "people*s courts"!after all sen has been tried under laws applicable to any other citizen of this country and he can not be a law unto himself.

Maoists are very horrible security concern to India today, they went to wage war againist India and they even were recieving shipments from overseas which makes sure that 1.3 million Indian soldiers always keep bleeding, This is not a good thing, As far as human rights are concerned India is not a very bad place but giving binayak or vinayak a life sentence is too much without charges... Probably give him 5 years would punish him....

A person who has dedicated his life for the downtrodden, instead of recognising his noble work, the so called corrupt politicians and the people with vested interests wants to silence his work, so that they can carry on endlessly. A civilised society should encourage this kind of people more for their contribution.
