BMC is not geared to hanadle the mumbai floods/monsoon. There seems to be no faulty planning in the construction layouts, buildings etc. Mumbai every year suffers from this kind of flood and make it to news headlines in evry monsoon season. Uncocerned leaders are the cause of this.

No,We dont have any drainage system leading in to the offshore Sea.Cann't we think technically for such systems,beyond what the world thinks.
