God in india when will the truth ever prevail.
Wonder how many innocent people have lived painfully and lost lives due to the judiciary ,irrespective of their contribution to the mankind.

What is expectation of the author of the article? Bharat ratna topeople like Arundhoti Roy, Megha Patka and Vinayak Sen, who had always stood against development of India. Vinayak Sen is more famous for his conversion of Hindus into Christian than any other work. Why don't these so called social activists/NGOs adopt poor tribals and take responsibility of their up-liftment ? Why don't they oppose Rs. 1.00-2.00/Kg distribution os food grains to so called POORS(90% bogus) and stood against the reservation policy which deprives meritorious persons from their basic rights.

No. Cases should only be decided by court on their own merits. Govt should not influence it one way or the other. This is true whether the concerned party belongs to Red, Green, Saffron or white organizations.

Yes , he should be released, there is saying in Public Administration, is it kind to be honest or honest to be kind, for a doctor saving a life is important rather than seeing what a person is, currently capitalists are ruling our country rather than politicians, india needs couple of Statesman to take of our leadership crisis
